Payment Policy

The checkout for RYZE Superfoods processes payment using the options available for the particular order. This page explains currency, security and payment enquiries.

Reviewing the final amount

The transaction currency is USD. Your final checkout shows merchandise, discounts, shipping and tax charged under applicable law. Standard Shipping on US orders is free, but that does not make every purchase exempt from tax.

Processing and authorisation

Checkout payment data is handled by Shopify and the relevant processor, not stored as full card credentials in our normal merchant records. Keep security codes, full card numbers and passwords out of customer-service correspondence. The provider may perform authorisation or fraud-prevention checks.

Assistance with a charge

Review payment details if a transaction fails, seeking help from the financial provider where appropriate. We can review a suspected incorrect charge using the purchase reference. Return refunds follow receipt, inspection and approval and are issued to the original method within 10 business days; the bank may need more time to post them. Use a card or other method shown as available during checkout. A provider may require an additional verification step. The presence of a payment logo outside checkout is not a promise of acceptance.
